Book 1: The Emperor Returns

This first book of the Emperor Qin series describes the riveting moments when he and his ancient Army of 100,000 Terra cotta Warriors awake from their 23-century slumber--when they're resurrected. It leads us through a labyrinth of rapid-firing developments involving huge military clashes, apparent interventions by God or Nature, enthusiastic embrace by millions around the World--and a powerful love between Emperor Qin Shi Huang and Queen Yang Yuhuan.

The story keeps descending into deeper layers of mystery and meaning. All of Qin's wars involve a hidden struggle within our species--within our psyche--between warring elements. Qin's battle with literal enemies mirrors this cosmic struggle in all of us. Only if he and we can win this struggle, can our species survive and keep moving forward...otherwise, we're about to go extinct! The moment of truth is upon us.

Book 2: The Emperor Visits

                 Ten years later, newly discovered inscriptions and Terra cotta statues direct Emperor Qin and his Army to fly to Jersey City, New Jersey U.S.A. by a certain date to prepare to battle some undefined foe who threatens the entire human species.  They pay a visit to Scott, Queenie, and their ten-year-old son Aaron…who is also Emperor Qin’s son…and who live in Jersey City.

             After some initial shock, residents fall in love with these ancient Warriors.   The next morning, an invasion of Terrorist cells invade the NYC area, seizing areas like the PATH and Holland Tunnels, and the Freedom Tower.  The Mayor of Jersey City, the Director of PATH Security, and the President of the U.S.A. offer unlimited support to the Emperor who is already on the ground engaging the enemy of over a hundred thousand Terrorists across many cells who draw more volunteers from the downtrodden as they go along.  

               Can the Emperor generate new miracles as he did a decade earlier to prevail in modern-day warfare?  The Terrorists have more than a trained army, they have a genetically altering plasma gun that can revert millions back into Neanderthal times.   This war is shown to follow from all the great struggles and wars of man’s past history.  This may very well be the Biblical battle of Armageddon that decides the future of our species.
